The Vision Girls Academy is designed for players who love football, want to improve, and are comfortable being challenged in a supportive but demanding environment.
We focus on long-term development — technically, tactically and psychologically — rather than short-term results.
At Vision, training sessions are built around clear principles of play and a consistent coaching framework. Every session is designed to challenge players appropriately, encourage problem-solving, and support learning through realistic game situations.
We believe players develop best when they are trusted to make decisions, given clear feedback, and supported to learn from mistakes. Our environment is demanding but positive, with high standards and clear expectations.
Our Academy programme is supported by key development pillars that enhance — rather than distract from — football learning.
Age-appropriate physical development to support movement, coordination and injury resilience.
Used selectively to help players understand decision-making, positioning and game moments.
Education around recovery habits to support long-term development and wellbeing.
Consistent, high-quality surfaces that allow sessions to run as planned, year-round.
Coaching that recognises the physical, psychological and social needs of female players.
Simple, practical guidance to support training, recovery and match performance.
We hold structured trials for players who may be a good fit for the Vision Girls Academy for the 2026/27 season.
Trials focus on learning ability, decision-making and attitude — not just physical development. We are interested in how players think, adapt and respond to challenges, as well as how they interact with others.
Registering interest helps us understand whether Vision is the right environment for your child and allows us to advise on next steps.
